Inspirational Cookbooks


One of my favourite cook books is Maggie Beer's Harvest. I just love the way she creates delicious dishes, with a focus on local produce. I also love the fact that she has run a restaurant, starred in her own program, written about food, written cookbooks and has her own line of food. I also love the fact her love of food stemmed from her humble family meals as a child. I love her recipe for fresh figs and prosciutto salad and fig and preserved lemon salad with walnuts and goats curd. I will be sure to photograph these delectable delights once I have made them!
